Thanks to my Country’s Sanskriti which inspired me a lot to do something for nation and to my Community. The Basic elements of our Sanskriti is moral values, character, love and spiritualism. But our Nation is also barrowing the western culture in which aim of education is totally material. They do not bother moral values, character and spiritualism.
In our country system of education is very good, but lacking of quality education. There is no harmony in between students, teachers and parents. We are totally academic and Mechanical.

I tried my best to follow our Country’s Sanskriti. I started my efforts on ground level. I did experiments in below average students of my community. I adopted Result Oriented techniques for which I took help of motivational Speeches, because my country is emotional and sensitive. I discovered the creative abilities, potential Talents and Caliber in my students.
As I have completed my degree in engineering with Electronics & Tele communication I would have done a smart job or may fly Abroad to secure my and my family’s future and may lead a luxurious life. But I deliberately choose such a path in which I want to serve my Nation and to my Community.
